THE REGION

The area surrounding the castle is quiet and peaceful, with panoramic views over the surrounding woods and olive groves. There is also a small river called "Fiume Puglia". The whole area is a natural and unspoilt region. At the front of the castle there is a small piazza with 2 churches and 3 houses.
The castle is situated near a small village called Cisterna, part of the district of Gualdo Cattaneo, in Umbria, Italy.
